 WHEN: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11 am

HOW MUCH: Options include 2x a week or 3x a week, classes are less than $15 each.

ABOUT AUBREY

I'm Aubrey Reinmiller, Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Aging Specialist, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and Best Selling Author who has helped hundreds of women 55+ over the past 20 years to build balance and bone density, build strength and confidence in your body, and gain vitality to enjoy all of life's adventures through my fitness coaching and nutritional support.

I am here to support you in achieving your goals, every step of the way!

Our sessions include strength training, balance, and mobility! Beginner Friendly, I've helped many women feel confident even if it's been years since you've exercised. 

With proven exercise protocols and attention to any injuries, aches and pains, we know how to take the guesswork out and put the FUN back in! Having a group of women with similar goals and a coach in your corner is the key to staying motivated and achieving your goals!
